What this site provides

Party Quantities provides free planning calculators and guides for estimating food, drink and supply quantities for events. All outputs are estimates based on industry rules of thumb. Real consumption varies with your guests, weather, and a hundred things no calculator can see.

No liability for party outcomes

We are not responsible if you run out of prosecco, over-order pizza, or under-ice the coolers — though the tools exist to make all three less likely. More formally: this site and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and your use of any estimate is at your own judgment and risk.

Alcohol

Quantity information about alcoholic drinks is provided for planning purposes for adults of legal drinking age. Nothing here is a recommendation about how much any person should drink. Serve and consume responsibly, never serve minors, and follow the laws of your jurisdiction, including those on providing alcohol to guests.
